Rental Guarantee Scheme and Free Stay

• The new rental scheme is offering a guaranteed rental at 8% yield for the first 3 years and then a profit share for a further 12 years, commencing within 60 days from date of issue of the Certificate of Fitness for Occupation of the project.
• 10 nights Free Stay per annum during non-peak season.

Notes
i) peak season includes weekend, public & school holidays.
ii) or alternatively 2 days non-peak season could be replaced with 1 day peak subject to room availability and
discretion of the operator.
iii) free stay is transferable but cannot be redeemed for cash payment.
iv) prior written notice of 14 days is required for booking for the free stay.
v) Owners are also entitled to 50% discount of the normal published room rates (subject to
availability of rooms)
